T Racking just finish the production of one big mezzanine floor project for mechanical customer in Africa. This is a 2 section projects, which bring big large economical value to the customer.

In middle 2013, T racking received an inquire from one African customer, their business is pretty good since 2009 and they wish to enlarge their warehouse storage capacity.

In the original plan, customer wish to buy a new land then build a complete new warehouse and use pallet racking to put pallet & longspan shelving with shelf to storage carton and small parts, the total initial investment is over 1.5 million us dollars.

After deeply discussed with customer, we found there is potential to enlarge storage capacity and turnover rate by their current warehouse. The current warehouse have a net height of 14 meter, but now the racking system is only 5 meter. There is a lot of space which can be used if we have a proper plan.

Then the chief engineer of T Racking design a multi tier mezzanine floor system for the customer. We increase the bottom level to 9 meter for pallet racking, also increase the length & size of warehouse. In this case the pallet storage capacity increased by 100%.

For the second level and third level, we put longspan shelving to put carton and small parts. In this case the storage capacity also meet the customer’s requirement.

All of this design was finished only 20 hours after contact with customer, customer is very impressive by our professional design and fast reply.

After customer compare with our suggestion and the original plan, he found our plan can save 60% of total investment. The total project including 2 new electrical stackers only cost about 0.4 million USD, also the total storage capacity/turnover rate can reach their current demand.

Customer is very happy with this plan. The decide to go with our suggestion and purchase a new land for future demand. Our plan help them save a lot of money and increase their profit accordingly.

After confirm the order, the manufacturing department tool the order in time and delivery them with firm packing. Customer is very happy with the cooperation.
