Push Back Racking is one kind of high storage density racking system. Push back racking have many trolley between front beam and back beam. Operators pull the pallet onto racking system, the last item will push inside item through guide rail. This can help make first in last out system.
The major components including upright frame, beam, track and trolley. Track fixed on the beam with a angel, trolley move on the track, the maximum pallet number per level is five. The total frame use clip work theory. The investment cost is high, it’s mainly used for cold store which need increase storage capacity urgently

Push Back Racking Component List:
Upright Frame: Consist of 2 upright post, 2 horizontal bracing & diagonal brace and bolts & nuts.
The post have 50mm or 75mm pitch, which make the beam can be adjustable by the pitch space.
Beam: 2 beam connector connect beam with post, safety pin to prevent beam from dropping off.
Track: Special profile track to load trolley, with hot dipped galvanized finish.
Trolley: make trolley according to pallet size, which also make sure the loading capacity could reach movable loading.
